Courteous and efficient with recall matter I had to take my 2015 Subaru Outback in for a recall with the dealership. On at least four occasions, different staff members have gone beyond the call of duty to help me with issues, all of which were happily resolved. Each of the service advisors, in my 8 years experience with Glanzmann Subaru, has earned my trust. If one of them tells me that I need a "six digit overcrank bonhomme duhickey," then I get it because my history of patronizing this business has taught me to trust them. The salespeople are so knowledgeable and helpful. Before I bought my first Forester at Glanzmann, I visited other Subaru dealers closer to home.. Whenever I had a question, we would have to adjourn to the salesperson's office so he could look it up. Not so at Glanzmann. Frances and Nina rattled off the answers to those same questions from the tops of their heads. When it came time to decide on add-ons, deluxe items, they meticulously probed what my needs and wants were and prescribed the additions tailored for me. They were 100% correct in every feature they advocated. I enthusiastically endorse Glanzmann Subaru for their products and for their service. Obviously, people skills are very important here, and I wish all businesses operated this way. More

Excellent Service I have been a customer at this dealership since December 2006 when I bought my first Impreza. I have always been treated with respect and curtesy. All repairs are guaranteed and recently I needed a repair to my car on an item that was previously repaired. I was not charged and I had a loner for the duration. Whenever I sense a problem with my car, I am told to bring it right over and it will be checked to make sure there is not a safety issue. I find this very reassuring. Also, my questions are always answered, work is done on schedule and I have confidence in the mechanics. Now, I am deciding on my second car with Glanzmann. They are a very professional dealership. I live in the waiting room I made an appointment to get my oil changed, noting that I would wait for the car. I checked in at 8:21 and told the service advisor that I would be going across the street, but would return in 5-10 minutes to wait. When I returned, I said hello and he nodded. I waited and watched other customers come and go. At 10, I went up to the counter. A young lady stated that she had called my phone number, but didn't get an answer. I told her that was my HOME phone number (it said that on the invoice) and I was sitting in the waiting room for over an hour and a half. She told me that the headlights needed to be replaced and she needed my permission. If I had not gone to the desk, I would have been there all day. I finally left at 10:15--almost two hours for an oil change! This is not the first time. On Nov. 13, 2015, I was at Glanzmann from 8:15 until 10:15 for an oil change. More
