As the place has grown, the service department, especially during the past year or so, has felt m I have been coming to this place for about 20 years. As the place has grown, the service department, especially during the past year or so, has felt more "corporate" than "family." With some of the best service advisors gone--David U and Dan G--the only reason I keep coming back is Jesse Brodman. He gets it. He's sincere, really helpful, and shows genuine care and concern. I trust his advice and have never been let down when I needed real help and sometimes emergency assistance with my car. More

The waiting room was very comfortable, allowing me to get work done while waiting for the service to be completed. They even provided complimentary snacks and drinks. The service advisor provided an update on the progress of the service, and areas where the suggested additional work. At the end, the provided a detailed report of the status of the vehicle, including a section outlining items that may need attention. Great service and great people! More
