Buying my Forester and Service I bought my 2016 Forester last June. It was a pleasant experience and the exact color I wanted was right on the lot. My salesman, Nick, was very knowledgeable about the Subaru Forester. He showed me everything and reviewed all the details. He was helpful in coming up with a fair deal as well as the finance manager. I bought my Forester at the price I could afford. I was not stressed at all. As for service. I love the 24/7 on line ability to schedule my service. On 7/18/2017 I brought my car in for inspection and the 12,000 mile service. The new service center was easy to maneuver. I didn't know I could pull right up. When I walked in I was greeted by Eric Wilson. He reviewed what I scheduled and informed me my state inspection is free for the life of my car. I was pleasantly surprised. I did not wait for my car but told Eric to just call when it's done. I asked that the mechanic ook at my bumper as I had cracked it. I went to the waiting area to check it out. It was so nice and spacoius. The coffee/tea/water bar with snacks was well stocked. The private cubicles are a nice touch for those that have work to do. Eric called me and since I was in a meeting, he left a voice message and then sent a text telling me my car was done. When I arrived, Eric went over the 12,00 mile check, my PA inspection as well as emissions. The mechanic Rich V. couldn't fix my bumper as it requires body work but Eric gave me the names of the body shops that they do business with. I love that Rich is factory trained to fix Subaru and only Subaru parts and synthetic oil are used. Eric ran my car through the car wash before turning it over to me. That was so thoughtful of him. The whole experience was so easy and no stress. I will only take my car to Glanzmann. More

Top Notch Service and Personnel Took our 2016 Outback in for state inspection and oil/filter change and our 2004 Forester in for oil/filter change on July 18. An appointment is no longer needed for oil/filter changes since Glanzmann added the new facility on Old York Road, which includes a new customer service waiting room with free complimentary drinks/snacks, comfortable seating and workstations. The customer service at Glanzmann is excellent beginning with Donna, who makes the appointments, to Dan Geist (happy to see him back) and Samuel Simkins, the service advisors who wrote up the service orders and coordinated the services that were provided. Both service advisors reviewed the work done and the results of the multi-point/walk-around inspections that Glanzmann personnel completed on both cars with us. Lastly, it was nice to have all the pollen washed off the cars at the free complimentary car wash. These are our 2nd and 4th Subarus and we wouldn't want to purchase or have our cars serviced anywhere else. More

Poor Communication We made an appointment two weeks ahead of time to have our car looked at. That Friday, we dropped off the car and got no call about progress. We called that afternoon to hear our car had not even been looked at, and would likely be looked at the following Monday. We were offered a loaner car to use in the interim. When picking up the loaner car, we requested and were guaranteed we would get a call when they took a look at our car. By Monday afternoon we had not received any call; we called them and were told they were working on our car and it was not clear all that would be done and the exact cost. We were finally able to pick up our car on Tuesday. Overall, there was a lack of communication on the part of the Service Center about what was going on with our car. It also was frustrating that we made the appointment two weeks in advance and our car was not even looked at that Friday, or over the weekend. More

Glanzmann customer service is excellent. I bought my Outback wagon at Glanzmann and have all of my service appointments done there.
