He kept us up to date on the progress of the work being done and it was a pleasure to have him take care of us and our Subaru!! I had all my coupons but he recognized we were senior citizens and he said you can't beat that 10% discount. Subarus are well made and we have trusted them since the mid - 1970's. I wouldn't buy another car nor would I go to another dealership! Glanzmann has earned our loyalty! I'm very happy you wash the cars now, too, and I like the new system. While Glanzmann is a very busy dealership, they do make you feel that it's only you and your car that matters most. More

The dealership has great hours for working people, open from 7:30am-8pm, so I was able to get my car in without having to miss or be late for work. They also gave me a sweet loaner car, so I could get around while my car was being worked on, too. They stayed in contact with me via text as well, so I always knew what was going on. Dropping the loaner off and getting my car back was also easy; they worked with my schedule. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone. Also, Dan was fantastic. He was kind and answered all my questions. I would definitely request him again! More

Eight years later and adding a second Subaru to my driveway I'll continue to service both cars there. Service has always been fast, through and clearly explained beforehand. My last two service visits were handled by Dan Geist, he's one of the first members of the service department I dealt with years ago and continues to take care of my car's service requirements. When either of my cars requires service, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Glanzmann Service. More
