Surprise Express experience! John was extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. He answered my many, many questions and was an excellent communicator. When I inquired about how to get sunscreen out of my leather seats he said he'd look into it. I was delighted to learn that he found the answer and was able to have my car cleaned and it looked brand new once again! I highly recommend Subaru service department. (As well as Sales where I have had an excellent experiences over the years purchasing my car! It's my third Subaru!) More
