They wash your car with every service, but in my last appointment they forgot to wash my car and left the grease on the wheels from changing the tires. Repeated consumption oil tests since 2017-18 Refurbished engine with new parts. It was explained to me over a year ago that the engine would need replacing by previous service rep, Mike.
