Service is hit and miss with the excuse we are short staffed heard too often. Getting my Outback reposted took 6 months due to problems with the body shops. Joe was so good at responding to my many phone calls and everything was finally resolved and the work done. I was leaving from work on Good Friday and noticed that my tire air pressure gauge was lit up on my dashboard. I drove directly to Glanzmann's and arrived at 2:45 pm . The service was phenomenal and I my tire air pressure gauge was lit up on my dashboard. I drove directly to Glanzmann's and arrived at 2:45 pm . The service was phenomenal and I was on my way home at 4:30 pm with a new tire. Where can anyone get such excellent care on a Friday afternoon preceding a holiday weekend ? I brought my computer and camped out, expecting to be there a while. I barely unpacked, sent some emails, and they were finished. I requested a tire rotation as well, and they told me it wasn't needed, and removed it from my charges. I was shocked. I appreciated the honesty! I definitely hope this is a new normal. I know they recently moved, and the lobby was the nicest I have ever seen in a dealership or service place. It was quite comfortable, and the best part was that I didn't have to spend a lot of time in it. More

He has been so kind and helpful, explaining everything in language I can understand. My Subaru is now 6 years old but has not needed any repairs--just preventive maintenance service. Recently, a friend who was taking turns with me driving the car to Vermont commented on how it felt like she was driving a new car--it is so smooth and easy to handle on the road. I attribute my Impreza's "great health" to the care that the service department has provided, like a good doctor taking care of patients to prevent sickness. It is very comforting to know that I am driving a safe, well-maintained car. Also, I love the big new Subaru facility and the spacious waiting room, great snacks. huge screen TV, and convenient workstations for my laptop. Thank you to Sam and to the technicians. Much appreciated! More
