Repair shop getting better I'd gone to this shop several times and quit going due to difficulty getting someone on the phone and then when I did there was a good bit of attitude I'd gone to this shop several times and quit going due to difficulty getting someone on the phone and then when I did there was a good bit of attitude/irritation. I had to come back for a Subaru-related issue. My expectations were not high, but they did a great job. Eric Wilson was very helpful and responsive. Today they convinced me to give them another chance! (star rating is averaging old visits with new visit). More

Two years Had the Subaru for two years, have used the express service twice, flat tire due to a construction site in the area. Warranty repair New car, less than 2 years old, AC failed. That shouldn't happen, but it's not a dealership issue. Dealer was booked for a month, we needed it fixed. New car, less than 2 years old, AC failed. That shouldn't happen, but it's not a dealership issue. Dealer was booked for a month, we needed it fixed. They took the car, kept it couple days until they could squeeze it in between appointments. All fixed, no hassle, good communication, felt like they were really trying to make this work for us. Given that we were bummed about the problem in the first place, this was a great outcome. They did inspection and replaced filters too - the latter is convenient but they really charge you for the privilege. More
