DbFoster, we apologize we left you feeling the way you do. Based on your description over the phone, it sounded as if your key fobs need re-synching. However, after troubleshooting and searching for the root cause, it was the door lock rod that had come loose. Our technician initially pursued the least expensive route for you, which was reattaching the rod. Your service advisor explained that this would not be a guaranteed fix and a reoccurrence would require a door lock assembly. My service manager has made several phone calls to try and contact you and will continue to do so to try and provide a resolution. Best, Jeff Glanzmann, Owner

We are sorry for the way our service advisor left you feeling + To clarify, in order for brakes to be replaced under Subaru’s warranty, they are required to be below the state minimum of 2/32.
