Customer service I was welcomed very politely and friendly then called to next available device agent and he introduced himself and the green team. We discussed why I was and I was told my car would be ready in about 3 1/2 - 4 hours. The car was ready about 30 minuets earlier than expect. After paying the bill I drove 1 mile, New there was something wrong and returned to the dealer. I spent another 2 hours waiting for my. I was then told they needed to keep the car over night. I was given a loaner and 2 days later I returned to get my car. I had a timing belt service. They removed the new belt and assembly and replaced with anew belt and assembly. The car continues to make a noise they assured me that Subaru has told them woul go away after 1500 miles of break in. We shall see!! Ray was very apologetic and very nice. That’s why I gave the dealership a Good rating if the dealership would have offered me a free service of some kind to compensate for my time I would have given them an excellent rating. I spend a total of 7 hours at the dealership and an additional 1 hour of travel time. Rays previous experience as an auto mechanic was very helpful in diagnosing and communicating with the techs. More

Sam our service advisor, without fail whenever we come in is nice, helpful and and goes above and beyond. I would recommend Glanzmann because we always feel like they care about the outcome of our service and of course, the kindness they show us. More

Service department busy yet she took the time to listen to my concerns. I explained to her I need state inspection and some other services done. She quickly grabbed another adviser asking if this could get done. That adviser CHris, stopped what he was doing and tried calling I sssume his technicians. During this time I told her I was really sorry for coming in so late, if anything I just wanted an oil change and my tires checked at this point. She said so we don’t waste any more time express has no wait, let me see if in the mean time we can do the basic service for you until we get an answer about state inspection. I was walked by Allison to express desk where the adviser there had a very bad attitude. He cut her off and said “yea I over heard he is here for state inspection” he was giving her a really bad look and I felt as though he did not want to help me. Thankfully Chris yelled over at the same time “we can do it for you”. Chris and Allison were wonderful, I can not stress enough. I was able to get the name of the express adviser and I just want to say he was far from friendly and I felt very bad for Allison she was just trying to help. Will come back for further services but I will not use express. Anyone who treats a fellow employee like that , I can only imagine how they treat their customers. More

Great Service every time , Quality vehicle! I come to Glanzmann Subaru regularly to get my Impreza serviced. For the past two visits Eric Wilson has assisted me and he always provides A1 custome I come to Glanzmann Subaru regularly to get my Impreza serviced. For the past two visits Eric Wilson has assisted me and he always provides A1 customer service. Last time he walked over to Applebees to get documents so I would not have to leave my lunch. This time he got me in and out for a 30K in great time, even though I showed up last minute. They are focused on the customer. Thank you! More

2015 Hybrid I have been a customer at Glanzmann Subaru for as long as I can remember - at least 20 years. I recently brought my 2015 Crosstrek into service becau I have been a customer at Glanzmann Subaru for as long as I can remember - at least 20 years. I recently brought my 2015 Crosstrek into service because lights indicated I needed to check my Hybrid System. It turned out that I needed to replace the Hybrid battery. Eric Wilson was my contact and he called to tell me the cost - it was $900 - and he said he would try to help me out with getting the cost down. He certainly came through! I had other costs that day and he had the Hybrid battery cost erased from my bill. Incredible!! I am so very grateful!. I seem to buy new models that don't stay on the market for long, a Tribeca, the hybrid Crosstrek, and after hearing how much the battery was going to cost to replace and was thinking about switching brands. No longer! I'm a Subaru fan and always will be. Thank you Eric Wilson! More
Service I arrived at Glanzmann at 11:45 am today for a set of windshield wipers. Tyler greeted me in the bay and I was on my way by 12:00pm.
