What a pleasure to work with someone who listens, understands and took it upon herself to remedy issues another dealership had caused. The Waiting Game. I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that m I took my vehicle for service yesterday. I braved the morning Philly traffic to get to my 8:15am appointment. At 1:15pm I received an "update" that my car had not even been touched, 5 hours after I dropped it off. Why make appointments? Thankfully I had a loaner. My car needed new tires (after only 34,000 miles) but apparently they don't do that on Saturdays, so they were trying to make me wait until Monday. Thankfully, they worked it in. I asked if there were any deals or coupons available for the work needed, the advisor said he would apply a $25 coupon for the amount I was paying. It's not a lot, but anything helps. When I picked up the car this morning, I checked out, and literally saw my car sitting there, ready, for 15 minutes while I waited. I finally asked the people outside if I could take it, and they asked where my advisor was. I replied, "You tell me." When I looked at the service receipt, guess what wasn't there? The $25 coupon. Their incredible sales and generous trade-in allowance made me a Glanzmann customer, their poor service is not likely to keep me as one. More

Had my car inspected and serviced in June. Chris was great to work with and attentive to my needs. I mentioned one of my wipers was making a noise and I got replacement wipers.
