I've been driving for 60 years and can honestly say that John Hartman is the very best service advisor I have ever had! He took the time to really understand the problem, bring in other team members and even speak to Subaru of America on my behalf to make sure the issue was resolved in the best way possible. Kate Bateman in Service, and Rob, the service technician, are 2 other employees who helped make this great outcome. Less important, but noteworthy, the physical plant is clean modern, and comfortable, so if you' re waiting for your service to be complete, it's a nice place to hang out. Highly, highly recommend!!! I was recently interested in purchasing a new Subaru Crosstrek at Glanzmann Subaru and unfortunately, my experience with Miles left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Here's what happened: Lac Crosstrek at Glanzmann Subaru and unfortunately, my experience with Miles left me feeling frustrated and undervalued. Here's what happened: Lack of Attention: Several times while showing me the car, he was on his phone texting and did not provide me with his full attention. He seemed otherwise distracted. Pushy Sales Tactics: When Miles was not distracted on his phone, he led me to believe if I did not buy the Crosstrek that day, someone else was in line for the car (Glanzmann's website listed over 80 new Crosstreks for sale) Uninformed about Crosstrek Features: I seemed to know more about the Crosstrek and its options than Miles which is frustrating. Several times he told me the exact model we were looking at lacked certain features and told me I would need to upgrade to a higher trim (but then I found the features inside the very car I was looking at). Rather than admitting he was incorrect, he argued with me instead. That was the final straw for me. Overall, my interaction with Miles did not meet my expectations for a Subaru dealership. I was surprised because I have heard great things about Glanzmann. Because of this experience, I would hesitate to recommend Miles to others looking for a new Subaru. I may ask to speak to the Sales Manager next time or perhaps visit a different dealership. More

Glanzmann Subaru service department IS HORRIBLE AT CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day a CUSTOMER SERVICE. The told me several times they would call me back to tell me about the status of my car. They NEVER called me over the last day and a half. Shame on you GLANZMAN. How hard is it to make a phone call???? DO NOT EXPECT TO SEE MY CAR THERE AGAIN and I recommend that anyone reading this find another dealer to service their car! There are way too many other good choices in the area that provide better service. More

What a pleasure to work with someone who listens, understands and took it upon herself to remedy issues another dealership had caused.
