Chris was awesome during my Outback's service and inspection. When dropping off my car I accidentally left my key in the wrong spot, which resulted in a delay getting the service started. Despite this totally being my fault, Chris was pleasant and professional, plus went out of his way to get my car finished quickly as soon as he realized what had happened.
