Always dependable & reliable My wife is going on a long drive & wanted to have her 2010 Impreza checked out first since she was feeling a shimmy when braking at high speeds. Turns out her brakes were on the verge of needing service for replacement anyway. We had both front and rear brakes services & I'm glad we brought the car in. Glanzmann Subaru service department has always provided great care for my Subaru's and the staffs have always been great to deal with. I feel they have provided above and beyond care for my cars for my wife and myself. When I move for retirement next year I'll be very sad to leave their care. More
First Time Buyer I was holding on to a hand-me-down 2002 Buick LeSabre, with no desire to upgrade. When my car broke down, I was thrown into the car buying world with a large amount of hesitation. My dad and I went to various dealerships where I felt I knew more than the salesman, or that the salesman was cheating me out of a decent deal. As per my grandmother's recommendation (she purchased a Subaru from Glanzmann a few weeks prior), we contacted the dealership and were put in contact with Keith. He worked diligently and along side with my dad to find the exact car that I was looking for. I was able to come in the next day, sign paperwork, and drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. Keith was personable, and made a very intimidating process relaxing. After all the paperwork was signed, he made sure that I knew how to work all of the features that were in my new car. Thank you to Glanzmann, and Keith, for pairing me with a vehicle that I am proud to drive. I highly recommend Glazmann, and especially Keith for any car purchase. Keith goes above and beyond his call of duty to make sure that you drive off that lot knowing that you made the right decision. BUT, in this case, other customers and Glanzmann Subaru staff should be aware: I am a very particular business owner who understands the value of real customer service. I would not recommend that my family do business with the Glanzmann Subaru service if it was not for Service Advisor, Mr. Dan Geist. Mr. Geist has always been friendly, genuine in his concern for the safety of my family vehicle, and honest with pricing and what services the vehicle actually needs -- every single time. I find that rare in today's busy world. Mr. Geist humbly states that it is, "just part of his job." Glanzmann is EXTREMELY lucky to have such a dedicated service specialist as Mr. Dan Geist. When I call for any issue concerning the our family Subaru, I request to speak with Mr. Geist, and from there, all else is taken care of. I know I can relax in Jenkintown, work on my computer and in a few short hours, the Subaru will be professionally prepared for the road ahead. As usual , I was very pleased with my visit to Glanzmann Subaru. I waited for my vehicle in a pleasant waiting room filled with amenities -- wifi, coffee, read , I was very pleased with my visit to Glanzmann Subaru.
