When he told me the price he was quoted, I was in shock because it was clear that the salesperson was trying to take advantage. I did my due diligence in calling all local dealerships and it wasn't until I spoke to Laura of Glanzmann Subaru in Jenkintown, when I was able to get the bottom line and a considerate voice on the line. On top of being friendly and patient, she went out of her way to accommodate a trade-in, offer the best price, throw in a maintenance plan and stay late to finalize the sale. It is because of her professionalism and quality customer service that I will recommend Glanzmann Subaru to everyone who wants to be able to trust they are getting the best price from the get-go. The entire experience is excellent--from buying a car, making service appointments, obtaining a loaner, dealing with the customer service staff--who always know me and know my car, to the repair crew. Annoying problem I dealt with David Ullman when my car's skid light & abs light were on, & when, at times, I couldn't shift out of park. David was pleasant to deal with & friendly, & when my car was fixed--quickly, I might add, the problem being a faulty light switch--he told me that, even though my warranty had expired, there would be no charge. What more could you ask for--he was great! More

They try their best to see your needs are addressed & tell you the cost before they proceed. I checked prices & found they are very competitive . I dealt with Dan Geist & he helps you find a solution as if it was his problem. I tell people about where I go for service but I think they can,t believe it. More
