Annual state inspection Jesse scheduled the appointment at our convenience. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and welcomed me with a handshake. He advised me that the mor Jesse scheduled the appointment at our convenience. When I arrived, he greeted me by name and welcomed me with a handshake. He advised me that the morning was busy but that our inspection would be completed as quickly as possible. I relaxed and read newspaper and magazines in the waiting area. After a reasonable amount of time, Jesse came to tell me the vehicle was ready. There were no additional charges, no maintenance needed, and because of the age and low mileage of the vehicle it was exempt from the emission inspection requirement. The price for the whole service was so ridiculously low that I would be embarrassed to quote it here. I left as happy as could be. More
