YOU'VE TRIED THE REST, NOW TRY THE BEST!!! I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RATTLING SOUND AND SO CALLED ON A FRIDAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD BY DAN THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RATTLING SOUND AND SO CALLED ON A FRIDAY FOR AN APPOINTMENT THE NEXT DAY. I WAS TOLD BY DAN THAT THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT COULD LIKELY TAKE MY CAR IN THAT DAY AND TO CALL BACK LATE IN THE MORNING. ON SATURDAY MORNING,BEFORE I HAD A CHANCE TO DO THAT, HE CALLED ME ON HIS OWN AND SAID THAT THEY WOULD BE HAPPY TO LOOK AT MY CAR. IT WAS TAKEN CARE OF IN THE SAME PROFESSIONAL MANNER AS I HAVE COME TO EXPECT FROM DAN GEIST AND THE OTHERS. DAN'S PERFORMANCE IS CONSISTENLY THAT OF THE CONSUMMATE PROFESSIONAL. HE IS HELPFUL, FRIENDLY, ACCOMODATING, AND ALWAYS TAKES THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE MECHANICS OF THE ISSUE. I HAVE SEEN/HEARD HIM IN HIS DEALINGS WITH VARIOUS CUSTOMERS AND HE ALWAYS GIVES AN EXCEPTIONAL ACCOUNT OF HIMSELF. I knew what I wanted, a 2015 Subaru Impreza Sport Limited. I knew what up-fittings I wanted. I walked into Glanzmann Subaru with my fiance and chatted with Phil, we had a good rapport and he never pressured me into anything. It was actually a breath of fresh air going to Glanzmann Subaru, everyone I dealt with was great. Phil answered my questions via email and responded very quickly. My brother even bought a car from Phil while my car was on order. I highly recommend stopping into Glanzmann Subaru and sitting down with Phil. 6 Stars!! (get it, the Subaru emblem...c'mon) More

Glanzmann people are the best Today I took my new car to replace my tire that got a hole in it from the road I was on. I called today to schedule an appointment after work and they Today I took my new car to replace my tire that got a hole in it from the road I was on. I called today to schedule an appointment after work and they were able to fit me in. I was greeted by Dan Geist who I had spoken to on the phone. He listened to my experience about the tire incident. He took the info to process the car. In a short amount of time the tire was replaced. I found out I was eligible for a free tire replacement. I was thrilled and Dan also discussed about coming in for my oil change In 500. I was happy with the pleasant wonderful and prompt service I received today. It is such a pleasure to deal with the great people at glanzmann, I look forward to my oil change on my car. I left there with a smile on my face. More
