We made plans for me to come in, but I was dealing with a health issue, and cancelled twice. She was pleasant and patient throughout and quite favorably impressed me with this dealership. When I arrived to actually look at a car, I was connected with Steve Horn. This was my purchase of my car, so my husband was at work. I was quickly put at ease, pleased that I was not high-pressured, no one was trying to be tricky or clever or take advantage of me. He found a few possibilities for me, showed me the list, everything was up there for me to see. I was happy with my first choice. This took very little time. I brought my husband in a few days later just for the final signing and official purchase. He too commented that Steve did not behave like the stereotypical "car salesman." and we had no need to rethink the deal or make changes. My trade-in was evaluated appropriately.
