I did see that the 45,000 mile maintenance was performed on your last visit, however when I reviewed your service history, the 45,000 mile maintenance did not show as being performed or charged during your October visit or any visit prior. I also reviewed the Heat Shield and our records show you were only charged once between Meineke and Glanzmann. I am sorry for any confusion.
