Much improved I had some problems before and complained. I have to give credit now that I see improvement. I had a problem with the tire pressure light. Excellent Service I have been a customer at this dealership since December 2006 when I bought my first Impreza. I have always been treated with respect and curtesy. All repairs are guaranteed and recently I needed a repair to my car on an item that was previously repaired. I was not charged and I had a loner for the duration. Whenever I sense a problem with my car, I am told to bring it right over and it will be checked to make sure there is not a safety issue. I find this very reassuring. Also, my questions are always answered, work is done on schedule and I have confidence in the mechanics. Now, I am deciding on my second car with Glanzmann. They are a very professional dealership. Superior Transaction Purchasing My First Subaru This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really apprehensive after hearing many horror stories from my parents and a few friends about This was my first time buying a car on my own and I was really apprehensive after hearing many horror stories from my parents and a few friends about their experiences with car dealerships. However, my interactions with the Glanzmann staff were overwhelmingly positive as soon as I stepped onto the lot. Nina was so patient and it was so clear that she was well versed in the Subaru brand because she herself loves the company and product! She was ready to answer all the questions my husband and I had (unsure at the time if we would be purchasing new or used, Forester or Outback) and her answers never seemed to have an ulterior motive. She listened to our feedback and helped us make the decision that was best for our needs, not hers as a sales associate or to the strict benefit of the dealer. There was never any sort of pressure applied or tactics used to get me to excessively upgrade. She was fantastic during the test drive phase as well, and guided both my husband and I in shifts to demonstrate all the capabilities of the newest Forester. When I was ready to buy she worked with another dealer to get me the exact make, model, trim, and color I wanted (2017 Forester in pearl green!) extremely quickly and then reached out two weeks after purchase to see if I wanted to an encore delivery with her to go over the car again to see if I had any further questions about the vehicle. I look forward to doing business with her and Glanzmann for many years to come, and will sing their praises to anyone who is willing to listen! More
Can Love be Sweeter the Second Time Around? Well yes it can be. We came back after receiving a letter soliciting the exchange of our 2015 Outback for a new Outback 2017. After doing the number Well yes it can be. We came back after receiving a letter soliciting the exchange of our 2015 Outback for a new Outback 2017. After doing the numbers with Neal's help and reassurance that by the time we got to the bottom line there would only be a slight up tick and then talking with Andy who went over the improvements in safety features, e.g., reverse automatic braking, we ordered what we thought would be pretty much be the same Outback 3.6R Limited with Pearl finish and ivory leather interior. However we have noticed a number of changes that make driving the car really a delight. For example, the windshield glass seems to have some kind of polarization removing all glare. It's like looking out through a very good pair of sunglasses. Further, the car seats provide better support and the car rides differently The steering and supports for the chassis provide a ride that feels very smooth - it's kind of like it's moving along on rails. The car feels even more anchored to the road perhaps this is due to it being heavier but my instinct says it has something to due with support provided by the changes to the chassis. We would have given out 2015 a B+ in terms of other cars we've had but this 2017 we give an A+. Someone has been tinkering and we are delighted! It was great to work with Andy again and Neal's warm personality made getting through the paperwork less tedious. We hope to be able to steer friends to your dealership with a recommendation that they try and get Andy and Neal when they do so. So for us the second time around is sweeter:). More

Deceptive trade practices/abysmal customer service One day after purchasing a 2017 Forester, the check engine light went on, indicating serious problems, which could cause serious damage and void the w One day after purchasing a 2017 Forester, the check engine light went on, indicating serious problems, which could cause serious damage and void the warranties. The sales consultant denied telling my wife and I that the car had been fully, professionally serviced and inspected before the sale. When hearing of the problem, he said, that's not my concern, that's a service issue.. good luck. Waiting to hear from the GM but I assume he will deny any responsibility as well. More
