New Outback -- Dashboard Lit Up Owned the car less than 40 hours and the dash lit up, including "Check Engine." Feared the worst. Glanzmann fixed it in about an hour. fantasic!!!! I did not have an appt. for Mon.,Sept26,2016, but my engine light went on, on Sunday. I need to tell you that Justin Brock and Sean Lipschultz were absolutely outstanding. I bought a brand new honda in March of 2012. I will never buy one again. The service experience is night and day different. I cannot thank them enough. I never felt pressured, they answered all of our questions. Made us aware of all of the things we could get. They only negative thing I have to say is that the remote start was never put in. This is at no fault of Justin or Sean. They ordered a 2016 part instead of a 2017 part. 100% understandable. Things happen. All in all Justin and Sean are absolutely fabulous. I would definitely come back to this dealership as long as they are there!! More
