Excellent service except for the long wait for inspection Had a 9:45 appt but had to wait almost 2 hrs for an inspection (no emissions needed) . Service mgr Eric warned of the wait when I arrived. Major service, no headache Our 2008 Outback was due for 60,000 mile scheduled service and safety/emissions inspection. There was also a rattling noise in the undercarriage at lo Our 2008 Outback was due for 60,000 mile scheduled service and safety/emissions inspection. There was also a rattling noise in the undercarriage at low speed. After the technicians got a look, Eric informed us that there were numerous issues that could be put off for short while, but would need to be fixed in the not too distant future. Eric checked parts availability and then arranged to get us a loaner vehicle which we had for 2 days. Eric notified us by phone as soon as the work was finished, and made a point of informing us of the closing time. He also honored the 10% discount coupon on the entire bill, which was a big help on service this extensive. We have always taken our Subarus to Glanzmann for service, because we trust the service advisers and the technicians. We have never had a problem or a complaint about Glanzmann service, and we have referred many friends who ended up buying from Glanzmann. More
