Each of these service folks are knowledgeable; attentive, and personable; their mechanics - Glanzmann Subaru is above the average in customer service. On this visit my car was due for the 75,000 mile service review. When a problem was detected , Eric notified me right away. He presented the problem and some ways to make the corrections, being sure to include the mechanics suggestion on how to proceed. Glanzmann, and its employees, has set the bar higher on customer service. More
