Used to be good As I wait for my shuttle ride which is 30 minutes late, I am reminded why I thought of going somewhere else for service from now on. They used to kno As I wait for my shuttle ride which is 30 minutes late, I am reminded why I thought of going somewhere else for service from now on. They used to know my name. They used to try to find out what was wrong with the car. Now they keep trying to sell me on their express oil change service. Earlier this year when I brought my car in, I had a lot of service that was due at 90,000 miles. I had complained that there was a squeak in the break. After three days and $1000, I asked what they thought about the squeak. I was told they were unable to reproduce the squeak. Because it was Friday of a holiday weekend, I could not leave the car any longer. But why did nobody called me to ask about it? I'm not crazy. They either think I'm stupid, or they are lazy. I had to bring it back again to find out that I needed break work. Well, now my ride is 35 minutes late. More

Best Service Ever!!! My son's Forester was serviced recently at Glanzmann. The compressor on the air conditioner had mechanically failed for the second time. Very frustra My son's Forester was serviced recently at Glanzmann. The compressor on the air conditioner had mechanically failed for the second time. Very frustrating situation, but Jesse Brodman was great in taking care of the problem ( and me ). Jesse had the car taken right in and worked on. He explained, in detail, what was the cause of the compressor going bad and answered all of my questions and concerns. The replacement compressor was covered under warranty and, only 2 hrs. later, I was on my way home with a fixed A/C. Could not have been happier. Service was quick and friendly. My son' s reaction...thrilled. Where does he live? Pittsburgh. Yeah, that's right. When it comes to getting quality service work done correctly, he definitely feels it is worth the 5 hr drive. Work that he has had done elsewhere just doesn't hold up. Thanks to both Jesse and Glanzmann for a great experience!!! More

Nicolas Giorgione our salesperson was very professional and went the extra mile in many ways and found me the white Forrester I was looking for. Nothing was too much trouble for Nicolas. He was top notch and knew the product inside and out and demonstrated and set up our phones to the car and explained all the functions and how things worked. Neal Hood in Finance was excellent and processed our papers with accuracy without a hitch. The service department personnel was very helpful in explaining the engine components to my husband; assuring us that this is a quality built vehicle I will be recommending Glanzmann to all my friend. I was waited on very quickly, even though the service department seemed very busy that morning. I used a Glanzmann Subaru coupon to get a $10 discount on the oil change and tire rotation combo. Eric, the service advisor. was excellent in generating the paperwork for the service my automobile required. Since my cell phone number was already in the computer, I was able to go to breakfast, and if my car was finished before I got back, I could receive a call. I've been a Glanzmann Subaru customer for over 20 years, and they seem to get better every year. Checkout was no problem, because the service advisors do that part of the work also. More
