He was very knowledgeable and promised to make this as easy as possible. Very personable and not your typical pushy salesman. No question was a bad question. Although a had a minor hiccup in the sale, Phil made sure the right guy (Sean) was going to make it right. After a much needed but short time-out, all was right again. Sean explained everything about warranty that makes you wonder why they have other people handle this part. Phil helped me get settled in my new car. It's the little things I did not expect and really appreciated! Best part of my experience was I was treated fair. A buyer with lots of random questions. It's not everyday you buy a car and understand how it all works. It's wonderful to have people like Phil and Sean understand the average person. So many technical terms involved with buying a vehicle, they explain in simple terms and no pressure. Mission accomplished! I'm very happy with my Subaru Legacy. Thanks Phil!!! More

So it gives me pleasure to compliment Eric for being at least as good as his competition. He was efficient, a good listener, thorough, and translated my general complaints to detailed instructions for Glanzmann's technician, Brian Pilz in this case. But most importantly, Eric stayed in close contact with Brian and for each of my nudging phone calls, Eric was up to date on my car's status. In the end, my bill was $50 less than quoted because two of the tasks required little technician time. A smaller-than-expected bill is wholly delightful for a car's owner. Congrats to Glanzmann for staffing your service department with capable, attentive, and knowledgeable professionals. More

Dan patiently showed me several cars, and there was zero pressure when I ultimately chose the least expensive one. I knew the amount to expect for my trade-in, and Glanzmann even beat it by a little (the offer was $1,000 more than one I'd received from a dealer the day before). Sean was able to provide me a better financing rate than my bank, and that process was simple, too. Everyone I talked to was pleasant and respectful - and the whole thing took less than three hours! If the service side of the dealership proves to be as good as sales, they'll have a customer for life. More
