Very personable and efficient I was taken care of and the waiting area with booths was very useful as I could work while I waited. The team works very hard from what I can see to ensure everything is handled as quickly and efficiently as possible. The staff are friendly and courteous, most importantly they are honest about time and cost. The new facility is convenient and I love the fact that my car can get a power wash after the work is done. I also think that having a separate building for service makes it much easier than the old location where parking was tight and access could get difficult. The whole experience has been improved. Considering the safety features, appearance, & driving experience, my son & I thought the impreza sport was the best, with the chevy cruze a close 2nd.....OK, its not going to set any land speed records, but that is what i wanted for my son, a wolf in sheep's clothing. Had the car about 3 weeks & could not be happier. Besides Glanzman, i visited 2 other dealerships. I have purchased alot of vehicles in my day, and i must say my experience with Glanzman was one of the best. They weren't giving the impreza away as there were no factory incentives, but I negotiated mostly by email and felt i received a fair price. They were responsive, courteous, and never tried to xx me....Vince Hendri was my salesman & was very attentive; he responded quickly to all my questions & concerned. I highly recommend him... More

Absolutely Fantastic !!! Three years ago, I made the switch from 15 years of driving Audi to our first Outback (3.6R Limited). During that experience, Vince Henri at Glanzmann Subaru was such a tremendous source of knowledge on that particular vehicle (and its point-by-point comparison to my A6) and Subaru's commitment to safety that not only did I lease a 2014 Outback, but I also made the decision that I would return to Vince and Glanzmann to purchase a 2017 Outback at the lease term. True to form, Vince was every bit as pleasant and informative as the first time around and last month I purchased a 2017 3.6R Touring. The whole experience with Vince and the documentation with Neal Hood was entirely pleasant start to finish, and we are enjoying the car very much. Without a doubt, I will return to Glanzmann to purchase another Subaru from Vince -- it's hard to imagine a more honest and pleasant car buying experience. More

It was the best experience by far!! She was extremely courteous, thorough, and very attentive. I am still thinking of my experience with her, and believe out of all the service people I've ever dealt with in my life, I'd give her a 100!! One more thing she was even pleasant and courteous when walking me to my loaner. So, overall I felt totally satisfied from the time I entered the service department to leaving -- she was phenomenal!
