There when I needed them! I took my Ram 3500 in for some recall work and to have a problem with the backup direction lines on the rearview video corrected. Diagnostic fee $500 Took my 2004 jeep into the service center to see how much it would cost to replace my water pump for windshield , one window motor, my wiring to my dr Took my 2004 jeep into the service center to see how much it would cost to replace my water pump for windshield , one window motor, my wiring to my driver door lock/window control and to check oil leak. The bid came to $3,200+ so I took what they gave me that said needed fix to another shop and they gave me a bid for $1800 for same thing at KC Auto. When I went to pick my jeep up to take to KC the Diagnostic charge was $500! When Kc auto did the work one of the seals they said needed replaced wasn't leaking and looked to be fine and didn't need done, saved me a lot not having to pay for that. My jeep is back and no leaks on my drive and everything fixed. Not happy with my service at Gladstone Dodge More

Truly Callous and Deceitful, No Ethics, " Worst Dealership" I found a car I was looking for online at this Dealer. Talked to Dave Reed first, a manager. Car hadn't gone thru inspection yet. Was put in touch wit I found a car I was looking for online at this Dealer. Talked to Dave Reed first, a manager. Car hadn't gone thru inspection yet. Was put in touch with salesman Dave Taylor I asked for a inspection document to see what was found and what they were going to do to car before they sold it. The inspection paper was completely blank, nothing checked off just a few hand written notes. NOTE: I'm a out of state customer so I'm at the mercy of the people I'm buying from in every aspect of the entire situation, and have to rely solely on their honesty and integrity. They said they were doing Oil Change, 2 Tires, a Windshield. Dave Taylor gave me his word before I paid to have it shipped the car was a "8" from a 1-10 rating. I wasn't given enough time by the used car manager Troy Reichls to take the car to an actual BMW dealer to be inspected, in fact the suggestion I wanted it inspected made him so irritated he insulted me personally, and my choice of the car, and how little I was spending and pulled the deal from me. I continued to pursue it even after this treatment. I was sent pictures from Dave Taylor and they were taken at an angle so not to show Physical Damage to the front Bumper cover ( BTW ). So I wired them the amount in full directly to their bank, as they insisted on, I made arrangements to have a Carrier pick the car up and deliver to my home at my expense. The car was Delivered and upon looking at the car I first noticed Damage to the front Bumper cover, its well documented they concealed this, I had it inspected and also found the following, severe leak from the Oil Pan Gasket, Transmission Leak, Windshield Moulding's Damaged from install, Drivers Door Glass Damaged from the windshield replacement, and the list goes on totaling and amount in excess of $6000.00. And to make things worse on their dealer site it states they don't charge over $115.00 for admin costs, they charged me $200.00, and the salesman told me all their used cars come with a 1500 mile warranty, mine came with nothing. Dave Reed signed the document to release the car and shipped exactly in this condition, hes another used car manger. I called him as soon as It was delivered he said " We don't deliver cars with Damage", lies on top of lies. Any "A" Dealer that has any integrity and honesty would have sent this car to Auction form the start rather than to make a quick buck off someone who was severely outsourced, and taken advantage of as being out of state. To this date Iv tried to resolve this and they will not talk by phone, rather send insulting and ridiculous emails while I was having health issues and couldn't respond properly and unreasonable demands. And most Importantly actually concealing and hiding damage that was on the car and Intentionally misleading and allowing this car to be shipped to a Customer out of state in this condition and knowing all of the above as Iv listed in damages is totally unacceptable and from everyone from the Owners son Tim Doherty, Andy Foster ( GM ), Troy Reichls ( used car manager) Dave Reed ( used car manager, Dave Taylor ( Salesman ) cannot be trusted and are completely Rude and Abusive people and have no Professional Integrity as to let a car be shipped in the condition this car was shipped to me and they knew exactly everything that iv mentioned. Buying a car is supposed to be a great feeling in every way. This car was bought so I could get a little more enjoyment. I'm not a wealthy man and I'm a veteran who served honorably and would expect to be treated with dignity and respect. This Dealership is one to stay away from as you clearly see they will take you to the cleaners and show absolutely no remorse or professional integrity to make things right. This was the worse experience Iv ever had in in buying a car and Ill never recover from this financially or emotionally, its tragic. And I trust people who read this will be forewarned stay as far away from this Dealership as possible, they cannot be trusted in any business transaction nor have the Integrity to make something as wrong as this was better, as I was a customer out of state who was at a disadvantage and at the mercy of all the people listed above who clearly have no conscious or care about anyone but themselves. Only the bottom line. The 3.3 rating on Dealer rater is way over rating this Dealership and in reading the reviews seems to be a pattern of the same bizarre behavior from the same people. Iv spent thousands on this car that sits in my garage, cant be sold, has mismatched tires that they put on which your not supposed to do on a AWD vehicle (cutting corners), body damage, major oil leaks, etc. This Dealer knowingly and truly created a very horrible situation for a person like me who is out of state and really hasn't the means for any recourse or to recover as they clearly don't care who they take advantage of. They are abusive, cruel, cant be trusted, exhibit uncontrollable behavior and outburst. They shouldn't be allowed a franchise from FCA Corporation, as they even were rejecting calls from from Chrysler corporation and hanging up on them. That speaks for itself, Furthermore they wouldn't offer me en extended warranty to buy, nor did they even bring it up, plus the Owner will not return my calls either!! They have absolutely no respect for veterans or customers and simply don't care who or what they do to people and how it will affect them financially or in any other way. Whether your local or out of state as I am, and especially for all out of State Customers: DO NOT do business with this Dealer STAY AWAY!! Most unethical group Iv ever seen in this business!! More

3rd brand new vehicle I have Bought from Gladstone I have bought 3 cars from Gladstone and I got a great deal every time. The last two times I have worked out the deal through e-mail and live chat and I have bought 3 cars from Gladstone and I got a great deal every time.
