While I was walking around the lot trying to locate the Jeep, Troy came out to greet me and asked if I needed help. Online pricing is a bit misleading (this is my biggest complaint) but Troy worked with me to get some incentives that would help bring the cost of the Jeep down. He was fantastic to work with. Not pushy or aggressive at all. There was a slight screw up with the paperwork and he could not have been more apologetic. It was an honest mistake, so it was hard to get upset with him. Overall, it was a good experience. More

Take my car in to get a new windshield which I had specifically asked about in finance if replacement was covered under the package I purchased and I was told yes, low and behold it’s not. I call to check the status on it and am told I will be called “soon”. 2 hours later no call so I call back and am told I will be called in 20-30 minutes at the latest. 1 hour later no call. So I call again no answer. So I go there and they still don’t know the status, they weren’t even checking on it yet. No apology that I never received a call back and no explanation as to why my finance guy either lied or didn’t know what he was talking about. More

Went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation—2 hours and 45 minutes later, it was finally done. We had to search for someone to get the keys. People came in after me and got their vehicles before I did. I had prepaid for my oil change and think I was pushed to the back of the line because of that. Once my service contract is done I won’t be going back. Grant More

It took until 1PM for them to tell me that they'd have to replace the module, making excuses the whole way as to why it took so long. Promised that it would take a week for the part to come in, 10 days later I called and learned the part HADN'T EVEN BEEN ORDERED. Rachel in customer service was inept and incompetent the whole process. I suspect the only reason why anyone does business with them is b/c they are the only Chrysler dealership N. of the River. If you live up that way, suggest you go to the dealership in Platte City. They are friendly and significantly more competent that the Gladstone dealership, by a mile. More

I had to search for someone to help first off. Then the service lady said that she has one person in front of me, and it should only take a hour. 2 hrs and 15 min later, my truck was pulled up front suggesting that it was done. I walked around for a additional 15 min trying to find someone so I could pay and get out. Not to mention it was 76 dollars for a simple (non diesel) oil change. And they didn’t even top off any other fluids. (Washer fluid) . I’d just as soon drive a half hour and go to a different dealership. I originally tried to buy from them. But after a test drive one of the roided out salesman said he wasn’t going to return my keys. He advised me he wanted me to take the truck overnight. Not even the truck I wanted. I wanted a 2019 new limited, they truck he let me test drive was a tradesman. I do not recommend this dealership to anyone. More

I have only had it serviced here for the past 6 years and have been VERY pleased. In the last year the service has steadily gone downhill. My past two visits, for prepaid oil change and tire rotation, they tried to get me to purchase an additional service. On my most recent visit, for a leak in my tire, I was told there was NO way to patch it because I had out fix a flat in it and I would have to purchase a new tire. On further investigation and after talking with mechanic, Cody, they decided they could try to fix my tire first. Low and behold, they were able to patch it and I saved about $180! When he called to let me know the "good news" he explained he had forgotten to let the mechanics know I need my wiper blade replaced, which I requested, but they could TRY together it done before I came to pick up my vehicle. (They were able to get in replaced before I picked up my vehicle.) On another visit, for the same service, they called me midway through and told me my Jeep needed ALL NEW LUG NUTS. EVERY SINGLE ONE needed to be replaced at a cost of about $300. Needless to say, I declined and knock on wood, have been driving without the loss of any lug nuts. As I said, we used to have excellent service: both customer and mechanic wise. But I will be going elsewhere for any future service and will not purchase my next Jeep here. When you spend $40,000 on a vehicle, you expect better, at least I do! More
DO NOT USE GLADSTONE DODGE, CHRYSLER, JEEP!!! We have had 2 different issues in a 3 month time period. The most recent involved an oil change. We had greasy fingerprints on our glove box and the air conditioning vents along with grease on the outside of the vehicle. They told us that they check our brakes and were checking to see if we had a key for locking lug nuts but that does not explain the vents in the car. Furthermore, in March we brought the car in for an intermittent start issue. They told us it was the crank position sensor. We told them that we just replaced it. They immediately jumped into that we did not use original equipment parts and that we needed to have them put in the proper crank position sensor at a cost of $1,100. They would not guarantee that this would fix the problem and that additional things may need to be done but this was the place to start. There was not a code for the crank sensor in the computer. I did some research online and they recommended changing the relay control module (OE price online was $240), changed it myself and the problem went away. When I called and complained, I talked to Brandon. He brought up about the price and the quote. We received a quote over the phone and even called a second time to verify the price which they quoted it twice. They did honor the price, but told us that this was not our first oil change because the car had 44,000 miles on it and we should know the price was a lot higher than the $60 quoted. For the record, we purchased the car with 41,000 miles on it and this was our first oil change. If this is their definition of good service (expecting the customer to know what things cost), I recommend going elsewhere. I have always been told that if a mechanic does not know what is the problem you replace the cheapest thing first. Here it looks like they want to replace the most expensive thing first to milk you for more money. More
Buyer Beware !!!! I purchased a Truck here recently because of online pricing . The price however , isn't obtainable by the common shopper . It was listed online for $3 I purchased a Truck here recently because of online pricing . The price however , isn't obtainable by the common shopper . It was listed online for $32k but in reality was offered at nearly $40k . The day of our purchase , we test drove two trucks. We decided on a 5.7L Hemi V8 but in a different color than the test vehicle. The location was under a severe thunderstorm warning for most of the day . Nobody wanted to be in the weather , so we trusted the sales team to be honest and sell us the vehicle with options we asked for. We were told during financing that our only option was a 5% loan through Chrysler . Turns out , Chrysler was offering much lower rates and we were denied those because of a rebate. We asked for a new style ram , crew cab , 4 x 4 , tow hitch with a 5.7 L Hemi V8. I even asked multiple times that the tow hitch was on the truck and was assured that it was. The following day , I walked out to look over the truck . I noticed that the hitch was not on the vehicle. After looking over the window sticker , it clearly states that the vehicle was supposed to have the tow hitch installed. I also realized that they had sold us a mild hybrid engine instead of the regular V8 that we asked for. The hybrid has an added price of $2,600 . I can own up to not walking around the vehicle during a severe thunderstorm warning . but after reaching out to the dealership we were told tough luck , we had already signed the papers and they weren't going to resolve the situation. After multiple phone calls this dealership has had every opportunity to make things right , but they have not. Do Not Buy From Here !!!!!!!! Once you sign the papers , they are done with you ! More
