We knew which van(s) that we wanted to look at and we worked with Kyle Kobe of their sales staff. Unlike a couple of other dealers that we had contacted.... We felt that every phase of the process was straight forward & honest.... at no time did we feel that there was any "bait & switch" or any other deceptive tactics in use. Kyle is a young man with integrity and I highly recommend him and Gladstone Dodge when you want to buy a car. More

We bought my new 2019 Durango GT Plus and have had issues with service and after market since day one. We paid for paint protection, etc and my car wasnt even washed when they said it was ready to pick up. with service and after market since day one. So obviously no paint protection done. we had a 1300 dollar hitch added and they didnt put the correct wiring harness on it. It took 2 visits to get that corrected.. and now the paint peeled off the front bumper and they are saying it's not covered. It has 10,000miles on it has babied since day one.. and the paint peels ?? It is well under the bumper to bumper warranty and they dont wanna fix it..it is a 41,000 dollar vehicle and they will not stand behind it. Do not purchase any paint protection from them it is expensive and not worth it..I am so upset ... I really love my vehicle but I regret I purchased from Gladstone Dodge. More

Worst car sales experience I’ve ever had. Our salesman worked a deal with us and then agreed to a deal a couple of days later with me on the phone with all of the details clearly spelled out. Once we got worked a deal with us and then agreed to a deal a couple of days later with me on the phone with all of the details clearly spelled out. Once we got to the dealership to carry out the deal that we had already agreed upon, they said that deal was no longer on the table and added another $3,000 onto the asking price of the Jeep because I sold my car myself even though I clearly told the salesman that was the case the very same day I sold the car and he was very aware of the situation. He claimed he didn’t know the price was going to change now that I didn’t have my car for a trade in. How do you not know that? Aren’t you a car salesman? Especially if you’ve been working there since 2009 like he claimed he had. The manager came out to explain what was going on and was extremely rude and raised his voice. Extremely unprofessional. If your car salesmen don’t know what they’re talking about, maybe you shouldn’t be letting them agree to deals on the phone with customers. Pretty simple. If you care about your time and especially your money , do NOT come here. More

Absolutely Scam Purchased a 2018 dodge ram on a Black Friday special they had last year the truck was purchased with an added warranty and the warranty was about $20 Purchased a 2018 dodge ram on a Black Friday special they had last year the truck was purchased with an added warranty and the warranty was about $2000 maybe but as we were told from the finance manager it was all worth it because of the oil changes. Well the oil changes are 100 and something dollars so OK that was part of a good thing so we go and get our first oil change at first 10,000 miles yesterday. After getting the oil changed we find out that we had one oil change not worth the almost 2000 or $2000 worth of extended warranty. Before all this occurred we recommended a new customer to them we were told we would get $100 referral fee. We got the referral fee months later after having to call to find out where it was It really wasn’t $100 it was the principal oh if you give us a referral and they purchase a car from us which are referral did we send you out this hundred dollars. Yesterday after we found out that we were scammed on the warranty they took the hundred dollars off for the referral and charged us for the almost a year that we’ve had this truck so we ended up paying for the referral and owning the truck a year which I guess goes to the principle of the loan. I would never in 1 million years so an extended warranty with not true facts of what is really covered and those wonderful oil change as we were going to get we got one. We bought a 2017 Toyota Camry and they’Treated us like gold we had oil change is up to 40,000 miles Roadside Assistance I can go on and on I would never again deal with Gladstone Dodge. More
