Worst service. Bought 2015 Jeep and was sold a lifetime detailing package I didn't really want but when the deal dropped from $900 to $500 I took it. Now they are telling me the rep that sold me the package shouldn't have been doing that and was let go. They are also not honoring the lifetime package and say it ended with the warranty period. This was after I scheduled the maintenance. I called once to schedule and then again the morning of to confirm the time. Not until I take time out of my day to show up for the appointment do I find out the person scheduling me for that appointment should have transferred me to another department. Poorly run establishment. More

Found out they're the sister store of an official jeep dealer and any powertrain warranty work needs to be done at official Jeep dealer. So I trucked my jeep that I was told needed a water pump over to Gladstone Jeep. Vehicle arrived on Thursday, I called in Friday afternoon and they acted like they had no idea my jeep was there. Went in first thing Saturday morning and waited around 15 min to speak to one of the 2 techs working that day. They acted like they had no idea where my jeep was or any record of it. I could see the top of my jeep in their back lot, girl working picks up JK keys and asks if they're mine (I have a JL)...no do you not know where my keys are? When I told them the first place diagnosed it was a faulty water pump they said it would take $225 for them to diagnose the issue. They were more than willing to drop a water pump in without looking until I mentioned it should be under warranty. clearly the techs do not know the warranties, they were asking who the warranty was through and I kept saying its the factory warranty, every jeep sold comes with the 5 year 60k mile warranty and my jeep is less than 4 years old and under 50k miles. Water pump would be covered. After learning that they tried to find anything other than the water pump as bad. they couldn't tell me the pump was any good but they say now it's the Gasket & water pump inlet tube leaking. somehow the water pump inlet tube is not considered part of the water pump and even though it clearly states gaskets are covered in the warranty for the water pump that gasket somehow is not covered. Sent claim to NCDS. Took 8 days to get my jeep back. Oh and this is a jeep I bought 3 weeks before. tech couldn't keep her story straight, felt like I was getting the run around the whole time. Did everything they could to not let this be a powertrain issue. My temp tags expired while in their lot. Horrible first jeep experience. Use to service my charger here in the past. Will never spend another dollar here. More

Transmissions and oil leaks are know for these products unfortunately we stuck with them. Their loyalty ends when they get their check to xxxx with the struggling families that rely on them!!!! More

This is the worst experience i have ever had with any dealership anywhere. They are crooks. They lied and misrepresented every conversation and transaction i had with them.
