Terry made sure I had plenty of gas when I said I would be back in a half hour or so. I never did hear "What do we have to do to put you in that today" after returning from the test drive. Just a question about how I liked it and when I might be buying. After I figured out what I wanted after visiting a couple of other dealers(one extremely pushy) I did get prices for what I wanted from all. Prices were given to me via email. Gjoviks was the best price . I had a trade in and I received what I thought it was worth and what I was wanting. Final checkout went smoothly, Terry had both trucks I was interested in waiting so I could drive each one again for a final decision. He never came out and pestered me while I was heehawing around over which one to go with. Finally decided and went in to get the paperwork done. No surprises and just the expected wait time to get things filled out. While waiting I did overhear one of the other salesmen talking to some other customers who were a bit older and did not understand how some equipment packages are different with the different models . He was very patient with them so along with Terry who was very accommodating for me it seems like others on Gjoviks are also. More

Everything done right Gjovik's took care of 2 recalls, and ordered a piece needed for my sunglass holder and when they received it they called and scheduled. I got there about a 1/2 hour early, they took it right in and the repair was done and I was on my way before my scheduled appointment was to start. Excellent repair and service!!! More

Unfortunately Gjovik Ford did not have in stock the truck with the features I wanted, so I did not purchase my truck from Gjovik. I still appreciated the help that Justin provided me with. Warning ! Gave them a chance to respond to an email and they ignored it so here is my experience. I made an appointment with my VIN# with Darrell the service manager 3 weeks before I came down with 2 Ford recalls that was verified by him for my 2016 Ford Transit chassis on a Winnebago RV. Gjvork is on the Ford Commercial Fleet/Class C Recreational Vehicle web site as a “servicing” dealer for RV’s. One recall required a trailer tow module exchange so I wanted to make it out far enough that the parts would be available as I had a 1.5 hour drive and I said I needed to wait. When I arrived first appointment in the morning I was greeted at the service desk with a bowl of cereal eating service person and a comment quote “Great an RV to work on first thing Monday morning”……….Negative right from the start. Sorry to bother you!! You could have told me you didn’t work on them instead WASTING 4.5 hours of my life for nothing! The Ford website said you were the closest to me. After waiting to have a fuel filter changed for $125 and supposed reprogramming an emission recall, I was told that they didn’t have the tow module and I would have to come back. Just what I was trying to avoid and was explained from the beginning. Trust me I won’t be back ever again. He could have gave 2 sheets to the wind about it. I am actually considering a new Ford truck. I can tell you who I won’t be ever dealing with. Called Durand Ford 20 minutes from me and even though they are not listed as a Ford Fleet servicing center they had the module in stock and did the recall 2 days after I contacted them. Much cleaner and friendlier dealership. I learned my lesson. I sent an email to Darrell about what happened and my slight anger….never responded. Don’t like writing reviews like this but these guys totally have totally earned this review. Should be zero stars. Service is more important than making a sale. Good service leads to more sales. Gvovik Ford…..Will NEVER be recommended by me and hopefully a warning to others. Think a lot of the reviews are fake just like most car dealers do…write their own or pay people to give them good reviews. More
