Excellent, Family Oriented Dealership Gjovik Chevy was a great car buying experience! Went in looking at a used 2017 Malibu with everything we were looking for. Brandi confirmed all the de Gjovik Chevy was a great car buying experience! Went in looking at a used 2017 Malibu with everything we were looking for. Brandi confirmed all the details of the model we were looking at and made sure it was available that night (7pm on a Friday). Upon arrival we were greeted by Mario Hernandez. Mario was very friendly, personable and a great person to work with. Mario took the time to listen to our needs and budget and work with us to find a price we could all agree upon. Steve Squillo was able to get us credit approved and out the door that night with the car. We came back the following day with some follow up questions, and to drop off our down payment. Steve answered all our questions and made us feel at ease with our purchase. There was small cosmetic issue with the car a few days later (nothing major) and Joe Albright got us in and out within an hour and even gave us a free tank of gas for our troubles. While at the dealership we were offered: water, soup/grilled cheese (from the employee potluck) popcorn and coffee. All employees demonstrated care and concern, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their work at Gjovik Chevy. Would highly recommend, and will most likely be back for our next auto purchase.
