Carla and her GM worked through all of the details with me by phone -- and I felt comfortable making the drive - with the belief that I was working with professionals and would not experience a bait & switch or missing car disaster after making the long drive. When I arrived - my experience was great. Carla had the truck waiting in the parking lot for us. The truck was in perfect condition. They did a great job of detailing it.
