Third time is a charm I encountered a problem while on vacation where my car was not recognizing that the car was in park and the error message "shift neutral" kept appeari I encountered a problem while on vacation where my car was not recognizing that the car was in park and the error message "shift neutral" kept appearing. The first fix was to adjust the gear linkage. I took the car home, it was not long until the same message appeared again. Second fix, install new gear linkage. I took the car home, made a couple of trips to the store and back, but within 2 days the error message came back. The third and final fix was to replace the gear shift knob. Now everything is back to normal. It would have been nice to have had all three fixes at once, but I am happy that the issue has finally been resolved. Thanks for not giving up on the problem and finding the solution. Teresia Johnson More

Concerns alieved I went in mostly due to a message on the dash: "assist call for service" I also had an oil change and tire rotation done. Fortunately everything showed to be OK and the cost was very reasonable ($51 and change) for the diagnostic test, oil change, and tire rotation. The staff is extremely friendly and, more importantly, trustworthy. They are the major reason I would not want to buy my car from anywhere else. More

Last time I did this I paid for the oil change but I think they forgot to do it as I had to have it done when I got to Toledo, Ohio. There is no question in my mind that was an accident and I am sure it did not happen this time and that's why I am continuing with Gjovik. The people I spoke with are great and I feel very much at home in your shop. I will be buying a new car in 2019 and will definitely be coming to Gjovik. More
