Since then I have been in contact with our salesmen Josh regarding the issues with our vehicle. Josh made all the arrangements and we were able to have those issues taken care of in a timely manner. I understand that not everything always runs smoothly within a company and sometimes mistaken or missed communication can result in patron becoming disgruntled. I can only assume that this was the case with our issues. The manner in which Josh expidited getting our vehicle in to address the issues definitely renewed my faith in this dealership. A thank you to Josh Matt and Ramon for their taking care of things. If my future interactions with them are as good as this recent one was I will sincerely consider them in the future if I should ever be in the market for another vehicle More
