The service department was great, friendly and easy to work with but when I brought my truck in for and oil change/service it was not greased even though I asked if it will be while getting serviced, when work with but when I brought my truck in for and oil change/service it was not greased even though I asked if it will be while getting serviced, when checking over my truck I could tell the grease fittings did not have new grease recently or the joints them self and this is the second time this has happened and I had my other truck serviced a few weeks ago so I will have to check if that one was greased to. More
Did a great job They did a great job as dealers go. Prices are very high, $65 for an air cleaner although I was asked to go to a website and sign up for a $15 rebate They did a great job as dealers go. I knew better! Gjovic always is friendly and they do a great job. I will still go back to them. More

The scheduling of the work was completely mis-managed I scheduled for paint protection, fabric, rustproofing and what I understood to be under-body sound proofing. Knowing I had vacation planned for Nove I scheduled for paint protection, fabric, rustproofing and what I understood to be under-body sound proofing. Knowing I had vacation planned for November 25, 26 ans 27th. I made an appointment with Brandy to drop off my car Monday afternoon the 25th. I arrived around 1:00pm on Monday. Michael was trying to assist. the problem seemed to be that another customer had not yet returned the loaner car that was scheduled to have been brought back by 11:00am. Would I mind waiting in the lounge while they sorted this out. Having been hanging around in the area, Brandy reappeared with the work order that had 11/26/drop-off. I replied that knowing the work would take more than 1 day, when I made the appointment, my expectation was that I would drop off Monday in order for the work to be done of Tuesday the 26th. Brandy insisted the mistake was mine and I would need to come back on Tuesday. To say the least, I was quite unhappy which I clearly voiced. The resolution remain my problem to which I departed and wasted a 40 mile round trip only to have to repeat the next day. Wednesday the 27th was bad weather with strong winds and rain. Micheal tried to contact me several times but our phone lines would not connect. Michael finally was able to text me around 4:00 to let me know Line X had not yet picked up my car in a timely manner. I was ok with that as I was not traveling on the holiday. When I called on Friday to see if my car was done, Micheal was away. the gentlemen I spoke to said he had no record of the car being returned yet- could be due to the Holiday. I called again on Saturday. Nope wouldn't be done. When I called on Monday, December 2nd Micheal made me aware early afternoon that Line X has JUST PICKED UP MY VEHICLE THAT DAY!. For heavens sake. My car sat at dealership from November 26th to December 1st with NOTHING DONE. Micheal was able to let me know early Tuesday morning that my car was finally done. I had to take off early from my office to make the pick-up. As a side note, I was under the impression that I purchased Sound Proofing. Every document I saw noted clearly - NO LINE-X. I questioned this several times and even contacted my Salesman Max who assured me that yes. I did purchase sound proofing. None of the paperwork I was given at financing showed any breakdown. Finally, to the cashier. what does the invoice say? No Line X. I asked Micheal directly - I thought we had this straightened out. Michael said he noticed it on the return paperwork and crossed out that line on his record. I presented my invoice suggesting it would have bee a good idea to write that on my copy as well. He did not. At the end of the day, I believe Michel was trying to be helpful. Brandy seemed more interested in my being wrong. I don't know where the blame lays for the scheduling. I would also state that if I do have sound proofing, it was a big waste of money. Lesson learned More

I was greeted by two people one was putting protective covers on my seat, steering wheels, and floor while the other started me in the computer. I have been to several dealers who ignore you until they are forced to help you because nobody else will. My vehicle was taken care of in a timely manner and everyone was very nice. I bought me car here but told myself I would likely not drive the 35 minutes to have my vehicle serviced once it is out of warranty. This visit may have changed my mind. More

It turns out there was a accelerated adjustment on these tires due to a flaw in manufacturing them. Your rep brought this to my attention. He explained what happened and made arrangements to replace them. That was why I was here today. They were very good and prompt about getting me scheduled and worked me in quickly, only 5 days. I’m very pleased with their handling of this problem. More

Rarely would I refer to a Service visit as a pleasure, but my first experience with Gjovik, would qualify!! More
