The dealership was friendly. Unfortunately the dealership is a representative of Chevrolet and must share the responsibility if the manufacturers product is flawed. I was told that my heater in my Colorado w is a representative of Chevrolet and must share the responsibility if the manufacturers product is flawed. I was told that my heater in my Colorado would cost $3,900. to fix because the heater box is not available complete so they would need to buy all 48 parts and assemble it. So for the $140. inspection fee all I received was notification that Chevrolet doesn't offer a logical repair option. Then I got the secret "add on" environment fee. Either build it into the cost or let the customer know up front. Finally, if you want really want to be customer friendly, especially after giving the customer bad news, run the vehicle thru a wash like the Ford and the Kia dealerships I deal with do. More

Possibly the worst service experience we have had. We have 2 2020 silverados and a 2019 tahoe and would love to use you guys but not after Tuesday. First my wife was talked down to, by Amanda, for suggesting that my truck she brought in for an 8:15am appointment was a diesel and then the simple LOF wasn't ready until 1:15pm, absolutely ridiculous! Did you comp it, yes, but would have rather paid and it be dine in an hour versus this mess. More
