I want to thank Todd Fuller for staying with the problem and finding a solution which should now be permanent. I am concerned that since this was a design flaw by GM Engineering and the lack of willingness and finding a solution which should now be permanent. I am concerned that since this was a design flaw by GM Engineering and the lack of willingness by GM to resolve the issue which not only was experienced by me but thousands of others. The problem has been persistant over the past 4 years and finally on the 4th time it appears resolvedl thanks to Todd. I am thankfull that the dealership understood that this was an ongoing problem and even though my warranty had expired they did not charge me. I thank them for doing the correct thing. I am disspointed in GM and their lack of leadership in resolving issues like this with the vehicle. I appreciate the professionalism and courtesy shown to me by Todd, Amanda and your staff. More

These guys misdiagnosed my car twice. Telling me I needed a new starter and battery cable which would cost over $1000 on the first visit. That was wrong! During the second visit, they told me the steering co a new starter and battery cable which would cost over $1000 on the first visit. That was wrong! During the second visit, they told me the steering column control module was bad. That was also wrong! I took the car to another place and they found the real problem pretty easily. It was a problem with the neutral safety switch. I called Greg in the service department about 15 times over 7 months to get my $110 back which was the price of the car inspection. Greg blew me off without ever getting back to me! I have given up on my $110 but will never go back there again! More
I was told my car would be washed after service was complete. That was not done. The speedometer was not reset and non of the settings were reset such as tire pressure etc which means someone from th complete. That was not done.
