When I made an appointment for an oil change I was told that they were wide open on that day. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! At the 2 hour mark I went o ask what the hold up w that they were wide open on that day. I was there for 2 hours and 15 minutes, FOR AN OIL CHANGE!!! At the 2 hour mark I went o ask what the hold up was and that’s when I believe they realized I was still there waiting. I was given a $20 “coupon” off my next service. Hope I can use that discount at a different dealership. And the inside of my vehicle was dirtier when I got it back. More
