Gjovick is located 150 miles away, so I was not sure when I called how serious I was about working with this dealership. As I work I was put in touch with Carla Horsley. Carla and her GM worked through all of the details with me by phone -- and I felt comfortable making the drive - with the belief that I was working with professionals and would not experience a bait & switch or missing car disaster after making the long drive. When I arrived - my experience was great. Carla had the truck waiting in the parking lot for us. The truck was in perfect condition. They did a great job of detailing it. Carla had all of the paperwork ready and waiting - with exactly the terms we had agreed to over the phone. They had me in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes. Thank you! More
