I have been going to Girard Nissan for over twenty years. I have been going to Girard Nissan for over twenty years. In that time we have leased a new vehicle every three years. It is always a pleasure to go there and deal with the people that I have mentioned. The guys at the service department are also friendly and do there job well. Richard was very thorough in explaining the service and what was to be done. It was done in the prescribed time. It was done well. Brought my car in for its normal oil change along with the recommended fuel injection cleaning service. As always both Kevin and Chuck were outstanding. Chuck also let me know of some upcoming repairs tha the recommended fuel injection cleaning service. As always both Kevin and Chuck were outstanding. Chuck also let me know of some upcoming repairs that will be needed which included my belts and my brakes. It is not necessary to have these done now because if anyone is familiar with brakes, they are not cheap especially when it comes to getting rotors. The one disadvantage to Altima's is that they do go through rotors but that is just the nature of the beast with owning any type of car but at least Chuck gave me a heads up on it so I can start putting money aside to get these things done. I trust no other person to work on my car and that is Chuck. As I have said before in my reviews, he has been the only technician in the past close to 6 years and my car runs like it is brand new. A big thanks goes out to Chuck for his professionalism and his high standards of work. Thank you also to Kevin in Service who always does his best to ensure everything is done and takes care of me with my service bill. Girard Nissan is top notch and all of the employees there are great. I highly recommend everyone to get their cars there. More

My husband and I took our vehicle to this dealership to find out what was wrong with the car. It had a recall on it that the dealership refused to admit even existed. Both a family friend and my father in find out what was wrong with the car. It had a recall on it that the dealership refused to admit even existed. Both a family friend and my father in law are mechanics....they know about recalls. So the dealership decided to give us a list of things that needed fixed. Some probably do. Then they told us that to get my car running again they would have to replace a part that we had literaly just put in the car two days before and what they wanted to charge was insane. We decided to have a friend fix the car. Well when I got in the car we were missing a fairly large sum of money. I called the manager to have it rectified and he pretty much called me a liar. Fine you don't want to replace the money that's one thing. You call your customer dishonest when you have a worker who is a thief....that's just unintelligent. I told the manager as much before hanging up on his monotone about not knowing what we did or didn't have in our car and trusting his workers bla bla bla. These people are crooks. My mistake for being too trusting....their mistake for continuing to have a thief working for them. We won't be going back to this dealership for quite a few reasons. More
they tell you they found a car .so they ask for deposit.next day you call no car. they are still looking for one . so a total 5 days no car.but still have your deposit.you call to ask to credit you deposit.next day you call no car. they are still looking for one . so a total 5 days no car.but still have your deposit.you call to ask to credit your card.they tell you you have to drive all the way up.it only takes a 1hour to get there.it's not true there can do this with out you or your card.i rate this place an F More
I had done my research online so I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and how much it should cost.Girard met my price.Girard had the car ready that day. I had never purchased a car at this dealership before.When I went to the dealer I figured that there was a 50% chance that the dealer would meet the price on the car we wanted. Girard came through.They were really fair and honest. They treated us well. I would buy another car at this dealership based on this experience. I have worked with dealers and dealerships that I would not return to. I would recommend this dealership highly although I did go in to the dealership knowing exactly what I wanted and how much I wanted to pay for it. More

The entire staff was courteous, professional, and possessed an extensive knowledge of expertise on the services I had done to my vehicle. They all went above and beyond anything I expected. My car was not ready(the repair took longer than anticipated)so they made sure that I had proper transportation. They took care of everything!!!! I have been coming to this dealership for 21 years since I purchased/leased my first new 1989 Maxima (through our company Systems Engineering & Analytics)in March of 1990. Richard has always been wonderful I purchased/leased my first new 1989 Maxima (through our company Systems Engineering & Analytics)in March of 1990. Richard has always been wonderful to work with and has always taken very good care of the cars I purchased/leased at your dealership...a 1994 Maxima, 1996 Quest, 2000 Maxima, 2000 Pathfinder and, after a new owner of the Company, a 2003 Maxima, 2006 Maxima, and 2009 Maxima. I currently own a 2006 Infinity G35x which is the car that I am currently having serviced there. I have a great trust in the service provided by Richard and all of the staff in the service department! More
