I used this dealer for my routine services an thought i could trust them with my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My check engine light came on at 70,000 miles and I was told i needed new spark plugs. 500 dollars and one could trust them with my 2017 Lincoln MKZ. My check engine light came on at 70,000 miles and I was told i needed new spark plugs. 500 dollars and one week later the engine light was back on. Now i am told I need a new engine. It is under warrenty so we say lets get it done. 3 days after getting my car back I am on my way to Baltimore to board a cruise for my 50th birthday when my car starts smoking immensely and the thermostat reads Hot. I had to pull over on the busy freeway with a 3 year old and 5 year old in the back seat. My coolant was leaking all over ground and I had to have my car towed to a ford dealer in Maryland. Turns out the coolant hose was not put on correctly from the engine replacement. 873.00 it cost to fix and Girard Ford would not pay me back on penny. I trusted this dealership and I thought customer service meant something to them. Everyone one makes mistakes we are all human but it is inhuman to know you are in the wrong and not try to make it right. This company did not even offer me an apology and the service manager refused to even speak to me. More

Had a few issues come up all at once with my truck wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive. When came in the young lady at the desk told me I wouldn’t be able to get my truck in for weeks and was short and rude sure if it was safe to drive. Didn’t take it personal as she seemed to have the same attitude with everyone. Worked with Josh who let me know I was looking at a diagnostic, how long it would take, and got me a ride home with their shuttle. Called me exactly when he said he would and got me a ride back as well. He was friendly, direct and honest with me about the amount of work needed. He took me back to the shop to show me the issues so I could see for myself. He went over in depth what repairs needed to be done in what order based on safety/urgency as I couldn’t do all the work at once. He spent a good amount of time answering my questions and addressing my concerns . I will definitely be coming back to have him finish the rest of the work. I had a great experience with the tech as well I believe his name was Ethan or Ian. More

He ordered the part ( for a 1990 vehicle) and let it occupy the lift. I think this was beyond expectations and I am sincerely grateful for having an emergency be so carefully looked after.
