Had a few issues come up all at once with my truck wasn’t sure if it was safe to drive. When came in the young lady at the desk told me I wouldn’t be able to get my truck in for weeks and was short and rude sure if it was safe to drive. Didn’t take it personal as she seemed to have the same attitude with everyone. Worked with Josh who let me know I was looking at a diagnostic, how long it would take, and got me a ride home with their shuttle. Called me exactly when he said he would and got me a ride back as well. He was friendly, direct and honest with me about the amount of work needed. He took me back to the shop to show me the issues so I could see for myself. He went over in depth what repairs needed to be done in what order based on safety/urgency as I couldn’t do all the work at once. He spent a good amount of time answering my questions and addressing my concerns . I will definitely be coming back to have him finish the rest of the work. Bob Bedard and Eddie Isenburg both were very helpful and accommodating and knowledgable and were able to give me solid quotes on a very difficult truck to find (Crew cab, 6.5ft bed). They were unable to beat RAMs price which is why I ended up not buying from them (trucks were very comparable).
