Our experience with Ginn Chrysler Jeep was absolutely wonderful. Shavon Roach was our sales associate and she was awesome. She took her time with us and answered our questions. She even called (on her da wonderful. Shavon Roach was our sales associate and she was awesome. She took her time with us and answered our questions. She even called (on her day off) the next day to make sure the dealership put our running boards on our Jeep. The service department had our running boards on within an hour. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. More

Never spoke to my service writer after I dropped the vehicle off. I was sent a email or text with repair details, that was it. Not one discussion about what was going on with my vehicle. Even had to call to ask if my vehicle was ready. Not even a courtesy call that the work was completed. Very poor service from the service writer. More

This dealership was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicles on their lot. They allowed us (my wife and I) to take our time and look around. After an allotted amount of time we were approached by M the vehicles on their lot. They allowed us (my wife and I) to take our time and look around. After an allotted amount of time we were approached by Mrs. Roach, who was professional and very knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at. Mrs. Roach assisted us with test driving the vehicles, and answered all questions we asked. She was not pushy about purchasing a vehicle. Once we decided to purchase our Jeep she and Mr.Shakespeare made the process very simple and met all of our needs and expectations. We returned the following day to have our running boards installed on our Jeep. The dealership had them installed within an hour. Mrs. Roach even contacted us (on her day off) to make sure everything went smoothly. I would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. I would also highly encourage them to use Mrs. Roach and Mr. Shakespeare when making a decision about a purchase of their own vehicle. More
