Poor customer service I was a regular customer for a few years now. Recently had both of our cars there for inspections / service. On my Crown Vic, the windshield washer wa I was a regular customer for a few years now. Recently had both of our cars there for inspections / service. On my Crown Vic, the windshield washer wasn't fully working. The fluid came out pretty good on the driver's side but not too well on the passenger side of the windshield. However, it did function and worked. Asked Jeff to see if he could make it work better. Paid plenty in labor. After getting my car back, I realized that the windshield washer was no longer working at all. No washer fluid would come out at all? Stopped in and told Jeff about the problem. He looked under the hood, confirmed that the pump was working but didn't know what the problem was. He never asked if I could leave the car sometime for him to take a better look at it and/or try to correct the problem. Basically said nothing and would not offer to try to fix it. It worked when I took the car in and did not work after he had it. Yet, refused to make good on it or try to fix. WHAT KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TO YOU CALL THIS? They just lost a customer and I will let everyone know how poorly I was treated there. Unbelievable More
