Ron was easy to get a hold of if needed but made sure to call once daily with updates on progress. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because the price to diagnose and replace a clamp within my exhaust system was more than $500.00 and that feels a bit steep to me. My car is back to running like new. More

Starting on a positive note - my salesperson, Bob, was great - but that is where the positive ends - the dealership is worn, dirty, and tattered - and the people working there are rude, dismissive, and co great - but that is where the positive ends - the dealership is worn, dirty, and tattered - and the people working there are rude, dismissive, and condescending. BUYER BEWARE - I SHOULD HAVE GONE TO SALINAS GOLDSTAR GMC - Gilroy did not give me all of the discounts advertised amounting to about $1500 - not the end of the world, but the lack of transparency and "games" between sales- on-floor manager and finance were awful - to the point that I walked out at one point and the salesperson followed me to my car and convinced me that I would get everything I asked for. My fault for not just leaving when I had the chance. NEVER EVER USE THIS SHELL/SHAM AFTER THOUGHT OF A DEALERSHIP! Should be no stars. Just plain bad practices and they're arrogant about it to boot. I saw a used 2020 Buick Encore that looked attractive. Price on the windshield was $18,900 and change. I talked to the sales guy (Les or Wes, I think) and we agreed on price, tax, down payment, and amount to be financed. When the paperwork showed up there was a $3000 extended warranty and $2500 paint protection added to the price. This was a used car and 1.) It increased the price of the car by almost 33%, and 2.) I was only going to have the car for about 3 years. They took off the vehicle extended warranty but wouldn't budge a dime on the paint protection; sales guy said that came from the owner. They didn't even try to sell it. They were charging me $2500 and that was that. When I declined they let me walk. If they have last car on Earth I'm buying a horse. More
