I had nothing short of an amazing experience with this dealership! I just recently ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, and everything went so smoothly. The salesman that originally helped me with my ord dealership! I just recently ordered a 2022 Jeep Wrangler Sport S, and everything went so smoothly. The salesman that originally helped me with my order left the dealership, but the transition to a new salesman to help me with everything along the way was seamless. I couldn’t have asked for better! I worked with Joshua Millan, and I highly recommend him! He went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Thank you so much Josh and all of the Gilroy CDJR team! More

Worst experience ever at a dealership! The sales manager stated that he didn’t care about my time or if he sold me the car. He then apologized for the cruel words he said to me then stated…”I really don’t c stated that he didn’t care about my time or if he sold me the car. He then apologized for the cruel words he said to me then stated…”I really don’t care!” I was also promised the car by 2 salesman by the name of Daniel who called me at home and offered me $51,986 for the car then the very rude sales manager refused to acknowledge the price and stated he refused to sell the car to me. Customer service isn’t a priority at this dealership as I saw 4 different employees and the General manager refuse to talk to me. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have never been treated so poorly and disrespected especially in front of my child. I even made the point that my child was with me and he didn’t care. More

Will NOT use this business again. Was placed on hold for over 15 minutes. Service is terrible since the new ownership took over. Needed to get keys reprogrammed. Was told that they would be able to get me a over 15 minutes. Service is terrible since the new ownership took over. Needed to get keys reprogrammed. Was told that they would be able to get me an appointment in two weeks. I scheduled the appointment thinking that was the best I could do at the moment. Ended up going over to the Watsonville dealership instead. They answered the phone within 30 seconds, and had me on my way four days earlier for $100.00 less than the Gilroy dealership. The Watsonville dealership is much more friendly and on the ball. I would give them a five star rating. If I could give the Gilroy dealership a rating of less than one star, I would. More
