Took my vehicle in for service 7/11, I had noticed that the battery post (+) had corrosion on it when I was filling the washer fluid. My thoughts were they will take care of it when they service the car. the battery post (+) had corrosion on it when I was filling the washer fluid. My thoughts were they will take care of it when they service the car. Imagine my surprise today when my car wouldn’t crank and opened the hood to find the corrosion still on the battery. Looked at the paperwork from the service, all the boxes checked like they had done something when in fact they didn’t do anything. Had to jump my battery to get it to the service center, lot of lip service. How can I trust Gilman Subaru service, $200 + for a battery change and more lip service. Shame on Gilman, poor service and lied about what you did More
