It had been quite a while for us since purchasing a new vehicle. In December 2022, we braced ourselves going into Gillman Subaru for the first time after researching and planning for some time. When we seen the 2022 Forester Touring online, we knew this vehicle had everything we wanted and more. Walking into Gillman Subaru, we were greeted by friendly people. We met our salesman (in training), Nico. He was knowledgeable and he listened, and answered our questions concerning our first purchase of a Subaru. After the long hours of negotiating, we were appreciative for the professional and great customer service from Charlie, New Car Sales Manager and Daniel, Finance Manager. We left the vehicle for some upgrade/changes. We were thankful for the employees who went above and beyond assisting in completion of the upgrade(s) and changes in a quick timeframe. Six days later, Nico and Aaron personally delivered the vehicle to our home. Both gentlemen were very professional and proficient answering questions and demonstrating some features of the vehicle to me(Tammy). When we have mentioned any concerns, and questions, Nico was quick to address them with no hesitation. He has communicated with us frequently to make sure we were happy with the Forester Touring. Nico was a great salesman!! Blessed to meet Jennifer who met with us a couple of weeks after the purchase and sat with us in the Forester for a tutorial and answered any questions. This was a great experience and our Forester Touring car has been a perfect fit for everything we wanted and hoped for and we recommend anyone to go to Gillman Subaru and ask for Nico!! More

Had to make unplanned/unscheduled visit due to tire losing pressure issue. Was scheduled for routine service the following week. But couldn't wait because of tire problem.
