Buying a car, in years past, was like going to the Dentist for me. Managers or Car Salesman would "Nickel and Dime" you to death over miniscule items like floor mats. Buying from Gillman completely changed my opinion of buying a car. I looked forward to going back. Jennifer Gipson, Client Retention Manager, was outstanding to work with. Robert Anthis', Subaru Star Delivery Specialist, knowledge and ability to present a flawless, logical and in depth New Car Orientation completely met my needs. It was also a pleasure to meet Bill Lynch, New Car Sales Manager. He represented Gillman, in a very personable and professional manner. Rod, the General Manager left me a Personal Voice Message that went above and beyond my expectations. Over all, I have complete confidence.in the Hillman team. There was a problem.of stalling that originated.in July. It was intermittent and very hard to diagnose. It took some time to diagnose and fix the problem, but during that time I was kept up to date and was provided details. All along, I was provided a new loaner car to drive. More
